Villa Laura
Villa Laura’s exteriors feature a large garden and swimming pool in the American mosaic Culligan and with jacuzzi, visitors can stay in a quiet and comfortable environment, which ensures maximum privacy.
The ground floor leads to the first floor and basement through the semi-circular staircases; the 4 levels of the villa are also served by a lift. In the basement there is a big living room with kitchenette and dining area, and a room used as a sitting area. On the first floor is a conversation area from which the living room below may be viewed as well as having access to the terrace, that also boasts panoramic views, the spacious master bedroom and another 2 bedrooms. The second floor is a beautiful attic with a large dining-room, large terrace and another bedroom.
On the right side of the main building is an apartment with living room, kitchen, a double and a single bedroom, utility room and bathrooms with a bath and a shower. On the left side of the main building is an annex consisting of Living room, Kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The annex building next to the pool consists of living room, kitchen, multipurpose room, bathroom and large porch.
